What’s new

Version 1.2 · Updated March 11, 2026

Job Timer — Tap the clock on any client to start a live timer. When you stop, hours are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and dropped straight into a new invoice. Timer stays visible on your Lock Screen via Live Activity. Text Templates — Send common messages (vehicle ready, parts came in, payment reminder, estimate follow-up) to clients in one tap with pre-filled SMS. Same as Last Time — One button copies parts, labor, and vehicle from a client's most recent invoice into the current one. Great for repeat jobs like oil changes.Payment Reminders — Batch-remind all clients with unpaid invoices. Tap the bell icon on the main screen to send reminders one by one. Revenue Summary — New chart showing 12 months of collected vs. outstanding revenue, plus year-to-date totals for parts, labor, and tax collected. Vehicle Inspection Checklist — 28-point diagnostic checklist across 7 categories (brakes, tires, fluids, engine, undercarriage, lights, HVAC). Generate a PDF report and text it to the client. Spotlight Search — Find clients and invoices from your home screen. Results update automatically as you create and edit. Bug fix: Quick Quote PDF now generates instantly instead of a 5-second delay.
