What’s new

Version 2.2.1 · Updated September 28, 2026

• The Cube Method now runs 13 weeks, with its deload between cycles, so all four heavy deadlift weeks happen as designed. • Joint-Friendly Strength 50+ now progresses in 1.25 kg steps, as the program describes. • Log RPE on every set of every program. Programs whose progression uses it say so; the rest keep it for your history. • Tap a finished exercise to reopen it and fix a logged set. • Changing an exercise's increment mid-workout now updates its warm-up sets straight away. • Swapping an exercise: search the whole library, browse by muscle, or revert to the original. • Finishing a completed workout goes straight to your summary — no extra confirmation. An empty workout asks to discard instead of saving. • Clearer warm-up guidance, including when no warm-up is needed. • New "Build my own" option at the end of onboarding for people who want a custom program. • A rewritten in-app guide that matches the app exactly.
