About LiftCortex: Lifting Tracker
The all-in-one app for lifters. Plan your blocks. Run your sessions. Hit your macros. Drink enough. Log the cardio. Watch it all add up. NO SUBSCRIPTION. NO PAYWALL. NO FEATURE GATES. Every feature is unlocked from day one — Apple Watch, widgets, iCloud Backup, the full food library, all of it. Nothing is held back for a paid tier. Ad-supported; a one-time Remove Ads purchase clears them. That's it. SEE WHERE YOU'RE HEADED Progression bars for every lift, weekly and monthly recaps, your biggest movers, lifetime milestones, and body-weight trends that smooth out the daily noise. PRs, week-after-week consistency and comebacks are each noticed and celebrated at a scale that fits. WORKOUTS THAT KEEP UP WITH YOU Browse a full exercise library by muscle and build a split with live muscle-coverage as you go. Run live sessions with timing, pause/resume, and quick set check-offs. Log warm-ups, drop sets, rest-pause, failure, and supersets inline. Finish to a review that calls out PRs, rep gains, and pace. The plate calculator handles barbells in pounds or kilos — never math your warm-up sets again. MACROS, DIALED IN Point your camera at a nutrition label and LiftCortex reads the calories and macros for you — entirely on your device, nothing uploaded. Or pull from a built-in library of 2,000+ lifter-focused foods with serving sizes auto-filled. Save a multi-ingredient meal as one entry. Set hard goals or flexible ranges. Reorder which macros lead the hero card — make protein your hero. WATER AND CARDIO, IN THE SAME LOG Save the vessels you drink from — one tap logs the name and the amount, and your daily goal follows your bodyweight and what you trained. Run, ride, row or walk with a stopwatch that keeps ticking on the Lock Screen. Both land in the same history and weekly totals as your lifting. REMINDERS AT YOUR OWN TIMES Opt-in nudges around when you actually eat and train — learned from your own log, weekly program or Push/Pull/Legs rotation included, or set by you. They stay quiet once you've logged, and they're scheduled on your phone. AN EVIDENCE GUIDE, NOT A RECOMMENDATION A read-only reference to the published research on 69 supplements lifters ask about. Each entry carries an evidence tier that grades how strong the research is — not how good the supplement is — alongside its actual citations: journal, authors, year. Plenty land on "Emerging / Mixed"; some on "Ineffective / Caution". LiftCortex and its creators don't suggest or endorse taking any supplement. No brands, no shopping links, no affiliates. For educational purposes; not medical advice — consult a doctor or nutritionist before taking anything. COUNTDOWNS FOR MEET DAY, RACE DAY, GAME DAY Countdowns for competition day, cut deadlines, and training milestones — with icons, colors, and optional photos, ticking down on your Home Screen. APPLE WATCH + HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Log sets, check off exercises, and glance at remaining macros — without unlocking your phone. Widgets for macro rings, water, session start and countdowns. BACKUP & RESTORE YOU CAN TRUST Automatic iCloud Backup, restored on a new device in seconds. Merge or replace when importing. WORLDWIDE-READY 12 languages, the 2,000+ foods included: type "chicken," "pollo" or "鸡胸肉" and land on the same item, all on-device. Exercise names and form cues use each language's own gym vocabulary — the words lifters actually say. Native right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu. MAKE IT YOURS Reorder features. Hide what you don't use. Pounds or kilos. Accent colors, high-contrast modes, app icon variants. The app bends to your training, not the other way around. Pick a finish and the app is made of something: Flat, Matte, Forged, Anodized, Carbon or Heavy Forged. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Workouts, macros, water, cardio, countdowns — all stored locally unless you opt into iCloud Backup. No account required. No tracking. No telemetry. Your training stays yours. Built for the lifter who shows up. Train with focus.

What’s new
Version 2.2.0 · Updated October 4, 2026
Water and cardio now live alongside your lifts. WATER Save the vessels you actually drink from — your shaker, the liter bottle, the cup at the café — and one tap logs the name and the amount together. Your daily goal is worked out from your bodyweight and what you trained that day, or set your own. Optional reminders go quiet once you get there. CARDIO Log a run, ride, row or walk with its own stopwatch, ticking on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while you move. Cardio lands in your history and your weekly totals next to the lifting, not in a separate app. REMINDERS AT YOUR OWN TIMES LiftCortex can work out from your log when you usually eat and when you usually train, and nudge you around those times rather than at some hour an app picked. A reminder stays quiet if you have already logged, and the times keep up as your routine moves. A new install is asked during setup; if you have been logging a while, the app asks once — with your own times already filled in. It is all scheduled on your phone: nothing about what or when you log leaves it. A MATERIAL, NOT A COLOR Finish gives the app a surface: Flat, Matte, Forged, Anodized, Carbon or Heavy Forged. Anodized is lit in whichever accent color you already picked, so the material changes with your theme. Settings › Theme & Finish, and Flat is one tap away if you liked it plain. SETTINGS THAT FIND THINGS Thirteen sections on one long scroll became nine screens and a search field that finds the control you want, not the heading it sits under. THE SUPPLEMENT GUIDE, RE-READ The evidence guide is now the September 2026 edition: 69 substances, up from 67, with sodium bicarbonate and pre-sleep casein added. Twenty-seven grades moved as the research was re-read — a tier says how strong the human evidence is for a lifter, not how good the supplement is. Every citation was re-checked against PubMed before it shipped. Also in this release: the Apple Watch app and the Home Screen widgets now speak all twelve languages — they had been English-only, whatever your phone was set to. Plus dozens of wording, typography and terminology fixes across every language. Still no account, still no subscription. Your data stays yours.
