About Macro Meal Plan: MyMealStream

Save a recipe on Instagram or TikTok, share it to the app, and it's imported automatically, macros and all. Set your targets, tap a button, and get a full weekly meal plan that hits your numbers with a shopping list ready to go. IMPORT RECIPES FROM ANYWHERE Share a recipe link from Instagram or TikTok directly to the app. AI extracts the ingredients, instructions, and calculates the macros. You can also paste recipe text or add recipes manually. AUTOMATIC MEAL PLANS THAT HIT YOUR MACROS Generate a weekly meal plan optimized around your calorie and macro targets with one tap. Choose how many days to plan, set meals per day, and swap any meal. The change carries across the week. No spreadsheets, no guesswork. LOG FOOD YOUR WAY Four ways to log: take a photo of your food, scan a barcode, search the USDA database, or just describe what you ate. AI handles the macro lookup so you spend seconds, not minutes. Recent foods are one tap away. SHOP SMARTER Your meal plan generates a grocery list automatically. Ingredients are consolidated across recipes, grouped by category, and account for batch cooking. Check items off as you shop or copy the list to your clipboard. BUILT TO REMOVE THE FRICTION Most nutrition apps make you do too much work. Planning takes too long, logging is tedious, and nothing talks to each other. This app connects recipe discovery, meal planning, food logging, and grocery shopping into one workflow, so you actually stick with it. Import recipes from Instagram and TikTok AI powered macro calculation One tap meal plan generation Flexible plans (1 to 7 days) Barcode scanning Photo based food detection Natural language food logging Auto generated shopping lists with batch cooking support Meal reminders and weekly digest Dark mode Terms of Use: https://mymealstream.com/terms

What’s new

Version 1.17.8 · Updated October 7, 2026

Quick add a food by typing its macros. The calories work themselves out from the protein, carbs and fat, and you can still set them yourself. Logged foods now show what the portion weighed, so "1 breast" tells you it was 172 g. Log 7 days and get a free week of Premium. If a food's numbers look wrong you can now say so, without having to know the right ones. Refreshed the shopping list, recipe pages and your recipe library. Plus bug fixes, including scanned barcodes that reported the wrong calories.
