HopeBucket

HopeBucket is a simple daily practice for cultivating hope in your life aligned with your values. Each day, you get a fresh bucket to fill with things that give you hope like moments of gratitude, people who inspire you, actions you've taken, or events you're looking forward to. Match hope items with values you hold close to your heart that you want to live life by. Choose from thoughtful prompts to get started or write hope items from scratch. Save quotes that inspire hope and help with perspective. Once your bucket is full, take a screenshot and share your list with friends, family, or anyone who could use a little hope. The next day, your bucket resets. Each day is a fresh start and a new opportunity to fill up on hope!
