Glow Flow is a tanning app and sun exposure timer that helps you tan smarter, track your tan sessions, and avoid overexposure. Glow up, tan, and chase the sun! Know your UV, track your tan, and let the sun do the rest without guesswork. Whether you’re chasing golden hour at the beach or grabbing a few rays on your lunch break, Glow Flow’s right there with you. Features: - Live UV Index: see the current UV at a glance, color-coded from chill green to full-send purple. - UV Forecast Chart: scroll through the hourly UV trend to find your ideal tanning window. Pinch to zoom in and plan. - Record Your Tan: use the built‑in tanning timer to track your sun exposure, log tan sessions, and see how long you’ve been out. Pause and resume whenever you need a break. - Vitamin D Tracking: Glow Flow estimates your Vitamin D based on UV strength, how long you’re out, your skin type, clothing coverage, and even elevation — then saves it to Apple Health. - Skin Type & Clothing: pick your Fitzpatrick skin type and what you’re wearing so the Vitamin D estimate actually means something for you. - Location-Aware: Glow Flow automatically detects your city and elevation for accurate UV readings wherever you are. - Vibrant Design: a bright, playful design that shifts with the UV level — the whole app glows with you.
