SIT A guided meditation on the same teaching. Choose the time you have: seven, ten, fifteen or twenty minutes. Move from understanding the teaching to experiencing it directly. HEAR An original song that carries the teaching beyond the lesson. Jazz, soul, folk and other sounds give the words somewhere to stay. Listen while walking, driving, resting or moving through your day. Sometimes a teaching understood in silence returns later as a line of music.
