giganizr – Band & Gig Manager

Bandleader or working musician? Then you know the drill: the setlist lives in a group chat, dates in three calendars, fees in a spreadsheet – and you write the invoice at midnight. giganizr brings it all together in one place: from the first song to the paid invoice. REPERTOIRE & SETLISTS • Manage songs with key, tempo, duration, tags and rights-society numbers • Build setlists by drag and drop – on the touchscreen too • Breaks, encores and changeover buffers are added to the running time automatically • Export as PDF, as a rights-society list or for popular sheet music apps CONCERTS & TOURS • Schedule from load-in to soundcheck to doors • Venues with address, stage dimensions, tech and load-in details • Request musicians – they confirm or decline via link, no sign-up needed • Fees, travel costs and accommodation at a glance REHEARSALS & POLLS • Recurring rehearsal series with reminders • Date polls: send options, let everyone vote, turn the winner into a rehearsal in one tap • Assign tasks and tick them off BAND & TEAM • Several bands and projects in one account • Roles and permissions per member, custom fields for the way you work • Comments, @mentions and notifications right where they belong FROM QUOTE TO INVOICE • Customers, contacts and inquiries in one place • Let clients accept quotes via link, create invoices and e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) • Payments, reminders and exports for your accountant ON STAGE With the Stage Companion – also available as its own app "giganizr Stage" – setlist, sheet music and lyrics are stored offline on every device: with a personal order, annotations and live sync whenever the setlist changes at short notice.
