A new training calendar, opened from the calendar icon on Home and Training, plans cardio, strength and rest days alongside the sessions you have already done, and shows when a session has reached your watch. Strength workouts are quicker to edit, with a set timer, clearer supersets and a new saved workout card. Actions can now repeat on the days you choose. Chat now sits beside Home, Training, Journal and Explore in a new bottom bar, and Explore has a fresh layout. Custom Journal items can carry a short description.
