About GainNotes: track your fitness

GainNotes is a simple workout tracker that tracks your fitness over time and encourages you on the journey. You can see if you're trending up or down and adjust your training accordingly. The app also gives recommendations based on your profile to keep working or take a break. The more workouts tracked, the better it knows how to keep you motivated. Everything is saved on device or iCloud for total privacy, no AI involved. When you open the app, you can just start a workout immediately and start tracking metrics. This is the first data point in your strength profile, you can then see how you training matches up with past PRs and your level of fitness. The app is totally free to use forever. A premium option unlocks unlimited unique workouts, but most people will never need that. No ads, no gimmicks — just an easy way to log your training, see your trend and move on with your day.
