PhoneDown-Focus Pomodoro Timer

PhoneDown : Redefining Focus with Ritual Put Down Phone helps you cultivate deep focus through the simple yet powerful ritual of flipping your phone over. This action marks the start of your focused time, making concentration a habit. After each session, earn collectible rewards to make staying focused fun and motivating. With this idea in mind, I created this focus timer app. It serves as a personal commitment and aims to bring moments of calm to your busy life, helping you build and maintain the habit of deep work. If you find it hard to focus and often reach for your phone, try turning it screen down. Let this physical act signal the start of your focus time and better protect your state of flow. Key Features: Flip-to-Start Ritual, Stronger Habits Place your phone face down to automatically begin a focus session. This physical gesture reinforces your intent to focus, turning "flipping over" into a meaningful ritual that helps your brain quickly enter a focused state and gradually build a deep work habit. Flow-State Protection, Fewer Interruptions When a focus task is completed, the session can auto-extend without forcing a break—protecting your flow state from unnecessary interruptions. Low-Interference Design, Purer Focus Live Activity shows your focus progress on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you never need to open the app. After locking, sensor sampling stops automatically to save battery and keep screen-free distractions away—helping you enter true deep focus. Dual Timer Modes, Adapts to Your Needs Choose between Pomodoro cycles (focus + break) or a free stopwatch mode, fitting different scenarios like studying, working, or reading. Build your focus habit your way. Progress Tracking, See Your Growth Review your total focus time for today or this week, find your best focus hours, and visualize your progress. Every session adds up—watch your focus habit grow. Collectibles Motivation, Make Consistency Fun Earn virtual collectibles after each focus session. With over 5,600 unique items to collect and a sticker-album style system that prevents duplicates, you’ll always have new surprises to look forward to—making focus engaging and rewarding.
