Real Signature for Jira/JSM

Field Service Management app. Ideal for field service personnel who need to collect in-person signatures directly from customers, drawn on a screen. Signatures can be collected directly within issues - e.g. by an on-site agent with a tablet. The customer does not need an account or email. Or via the customer portal. PDFs can be generated directly including the signature. PDFs can be customized to include logo, company information, custom fields and links. Automations - you can now trigger automation rules on signing. Also you can trigger PDF generation via incoming webhook, letting you build automated workflows. Works with phones, tablets and PC screens. History and timestamp are recorded directly within the issue. Customer signing made easy! BDQ have been an Atlassian Solutions Partner since 2015.
