AI Chat Anti Doomscroll

Anti-Doomscroll is the screen time app that fights back. Most screen time tools are easy to bypass once you get in the habit of doing what the app asks you to do. But what if the habit itself is to get back to what you need to do? This app does this for you. Before you can open a blocked app, you have to convince a customizable voice or chat AI why you actually need it right now, given the stuff you have to do that you've listed. Voicing that you've done what you should have done is most important and a great catalyst to do what you need to do. HOW IT WORKS - Block any app on your phone - When you try to open it, you're met with an AI — via text or voice — that asks you to justify why you need it - If your reason doesn't hold up, the app stays locked - Build awareness around your habits over time DESIGNED FOR REAL BEHAVIOR CHANGE Doomscrolling isn't a willpower problem — it's a friction problem. Anti-Doomscroll adds just enough resistance to break the autopilot loop and give you back a moment of choice. FEATURES - AI-powered check-ins before accessing blocked apps - Voice and text interaction modes - Customizable block lists - Lightweight and battery-friendly Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
