Parts Work

Parts Work is an AI-powered coach designed to help you explore and understand the inner landscape of your mind. Inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model introduced in No Bad Parts by Dr. Richard C. Schwartz, this app guides you through reflective conversations to identify and map the distinct "parts" of your psyche. Over time, it helps you build greater internal awareness, self-compassion, and emotional clarity. Whether you’re curious about self-discovery or seeking personal growth, Parts Work AI provides a structured and supportive space for ongoing inner dialogue.
