Appointify: SMS Waitlist

Built for appointment-based pros without a receptionist, Appointify turns same-day schedule gaps or cancellations into bookings with ease. When a spot opens up, send instant text alerts to your client waitlist with a single tap, preventing lost income from empty slots. Manage your waitlist, send waitlist alerts, and fill last-minute openings fast. See booked and pending appointments at a glance, and get notified the moment someone books an open spot. Send up to 3 waitlist text alerts per day, get customers in sooner, and keep your schedule full — all without integrations, complicated setup, or extra effort. Go about your day with confidence knowing Appointify’s working behind the scenes to keep your business running smoothly and your calendar packed.
