About Fitlogram: Gym Workout Log

Fitlogram is a gym workout log and exercise library for people who want to train, not spend twenty minutes picking a plan. Open the app, tap a workout, start lifting — or build your own from 1500+ illustrated exercises. No sign-up. 1500+ EXERCISES, EVERY ONE ILLUSTRATED Browse the exercise library by muscle group — chest, back, shoulders, legs, glutes, biceps, triceps, abs — or by the equipment you actually have: dumbbells, barbell, cables, machines, resistance bands, or just your bodyweight. Every exercise shows the working muscles and a step-by-step form guide, so the library doubles as a bodybuilding exercise guide. LOG EVERY SET Weight, reps and rest for every set, in two taps. The workout log keeps your last numbers in front of you, so progressive overload is the default rather than a spreadsheet. A lifting log that gets out of the way. WATCH YOUR NUMBERS CLIMB Charts per exercise, a personal record (PR) for every lift, and a full history of every session: duration, sets, weight, volume. See your strength climb week over week. WORKOUT PLANS READY TO GO Ready-made programs, with more added over time: • Push Pull Legs (PPL), upper/lower and full body splits, 3 to 6 days a week • Dumbbell workouts at home, or no-equipment home workouts • Single-session workouts: chest & triceps, back & biceps, shoulders, legs • 30-day challenges for abs, core and fat loss • Every program says how long a session takes and where it's done (home, gym) BUILD YOUR OWN SPLIT Pick exercises, set your sets, reps, weight and rest. Reorder, duplicate and edit any plan, any time. Bodybuilding, strength training, hypertrophy or general fitness — the workout planner is yours. SHARE WITH FRIENDS Send a workout to a friend with one tap. They open it, add it to their list and follow the exact same program. WHICH EXERCISES Squat, bench press and deadlift with every accessory around them: chest, back, shoulder, arm and leg workouts, in barbell, dumbbell, machine and bodyweight versions. Log the weight and count every rep as you go. A gym logger, a workout journal and a training diary in one — the tracker stays out of the way. Free to start, and the same library for women and men. WHY LIFTERS STAY • No sign-up — start in five seconds • Works at home, at the gym, on the road • Your whole training history on your phone • Available in 7 languages Download Fitlogram and log your next set.
