Check Please is a React Native Expo application designed to simplify and streamline the ordering experience in restaurants, cafés, and beach bars. This app empowers restaurant employees (waiters, staff) to efficiently handle customer orders on behalf of the guests, reducing waiting times and improving overall service quality. Key Features: • Order Management for Staff: Employees can add, modify, or remove items in a customer’s order, ensuring a smooth and accurate order-taking process. • Quick Selection & Modification: Browse the menu, select products, and adjust quantities with intuitive plus/minus buttons. • Place Selection: Staff can assign the customer’s table or seating area while creating an order. • Live Order Tracking: View and manage a list of active orders, including details such as items ordered, quantities, total amount, and timestamps. • Seamless Checkout: Process orders with an easy-to-use checkout system. • Responsive Design: Optimized for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring a smooth user experience. This application is designed exclusively for restaurant staff and does not directly handle payments or customer logins. It supports the workflow where the employee is the user, helping them manage customer orders efficiently.
