Transform your mornings with light - Glow Alarm uses your screen and flashlight to brighten your room before the alarm sounds, so you feel awake and refreshed, not startled. • Gradually lights up your bedroom - wake up naturally, backed by science. • Color temperature gradually warms from red to orange hues, mimicking sunrise. • Learn how you sleep with detailed insights on your sleep duration, wake time and consistency. • Sleep Sounds: block out distractions and fall asleep quickly with a variety of soothing sleep sounds such as white noise, gentle rain and ocean waves. • Overnight Sleep Recording: smart recording accurately detects snoring, sleep talking and other overnight sounds, which you can play back on a timeline. • Set a light offset (how long before your alarm the screen and torch light up). • Upload any mp3 file as your alarm sound. NOTE: for the wake-up light, press Sleep before bed and leave Glow Alarm open on the Sleep screen overnight. You can customize this screen and use Sleep Screen Blackout to keep it dark until the light sequence starts. If your iPhone accidentally locks overnight, the alarm will still sound but you will not get the light. Terms of use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
