Meet+Greet Pro: Sign & Receipt

Turn your iPhone or iPad into a professional digital pickup sign and manage the entire guest arrival from one place. Meet & Greet Pro combines a customizable welcome board, airport flight tracker, guest organizer, route planner, and receipt maker in one driver-focused toolkit. It is built for chauffeurs, limousine operators, transportation teams, tour leaders, event hosts, and anyone meeting passengers at an airport, hotel, office, or venue. DESIGN A SIGN PEOPLE CAN SPOT • Create a full-screen pickup sign with separate top, main, and bottom sections. • Ask AI to generate six sign concepts from your prompt, guest details, and optional media, then refine your favorite through conversation. • Choose solid, linear, radial, or angular backgrounds with adjustable colors and direction. • Start quickly with coordinated sign themes, or build a custom palette. • Browse installed device fonts and adjust text size, alignment, color, and contour. • Add photos, logos, animated GIFs, or silent looping videos from Photos, Files, or a direct media link. • Use media as section artwork or as a full background with fit and transparency controls. • Add pulse, bounce, or shake effects when your sign needs extra attention. FOLLOW THE FLIGHT • Check flight status, scheduled and estimated times, origin, destination, terminal, gate, and baggage claim when available. • View live aircraft position, route, speed, altitude, and heading when supported by the selected data provider. • Follow progress from Live Activities and Dynamic Island on supported iPhone models. • See synced flight progress and guest details on Apple Watch. • Enable automatic refresh and local status-change alerts. MANAGE EVERY GUEST • Keep names, phone numbers, companies, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details, rates, passenger counts, reservation numbers, and notes together. • Import guest details with AI from the camera, photo library, clipboard, PDFs, images, and text files—including multiple files in one request. • Review every extracted field before applying it. • Call, text, share, open directions, or save trip details to Calendar and Contacts with a few taps. • Plan the drive to pickup and drop-off locations, with flight-path context for airport jobs. FINISH THE TRIP PROFESSIONALLY • Prepare an itemized trip receipt with fare, gratuity, payment method, receipt number, and digital signature. • Export and share a polished PDF receipt. • Create complete JSON backups of guest and sign data, browse saved backups with visual previews, and restore when needed. • Import compatible legacy CSV sign backups. Whether you welcome a VIP client, collect an airport passenger, coordinate a group arrival, or run daily chauffeur jobs, Meet & Greet Pro helps every pickup look organized and professional. AI features require a user-provided OpenRouter API key. Flight information requires an internet connection, depends on provider coverage, and may require a provider API key. Feature availability varies by device and operating system.
