Mileage keeps a record of every business trip and works out what you can claim. Enter the odometer reading at the start and end of each trip, and Mileage does the rest. It works out the distance and the claim, and keeps a running total for your tax or financial year. Readings that follow on from one trip to the next make your log easy to back up if your tax authority or employer ever asks. Set the rate you're allowed to claim, including a lower rate after a set distance and a rate for each passenger, and choose when your year starts. Miles or kilometres, in your own currency. In the UK, HMRC's approved rates are already built in, including the rates for motorcycles and bicycles. You see what a trip is worth before you save it.
