• One look across the app — the menu, the bottom bar and the header follow one design, there is no side menu, and every screen is named at the top. • A card at the top of More — your name, your role, the property you are in, and Settings in one tap. Below it, one row names the property and opens the list to change it. • Six-digit sign-in codes — sign-in and sign-up codes are six digits now. Typing the sixth digit verifies it straight away, and all six boxes fit on smaller phones too. • The app now tells you why it signed you out. When a session ends you land on the Sign In screen with a line saying what happened, instead of being dropped there with no explanation. • Member Card — see where your card has been used, when, and at which property. Guests now get their member card in My Portal. • Usage Analytics — we measure how the app is used, so we can fix what gets in the way. It is anonymous: no names, numbers, emails or documents are sent. Switch it off under Settings → Share usage data. Fixes • Signing in always opens your Dashboard, instead of wherever you were before you signed out. • Editing a checkout saves again. Changing the amount, payment status, date or comment on a checkout that already exists now goes through. • Check-out warns you before it leaves a balance unpaid. • Create Check-out is no longer offered for a guest who has not checked in. • Switching the app's appearance no longer breaks the screen, in either direction. • Searching bookings, guests and rent payments filters as you type, without pressing the keyboard's search key. • Booking Enquiries loads older enquiries as you scroll — it used to stop at the newest ten. • Cancel Booking shows the booking's reference instead of a long internal ID, and its buttons line up. • Changing a guest's bed from the phone works again, whatever rent plan you pick. • The dashboard no longer says it could not load once your data is there. • A list that cannot reach the internet now says so in plain words, instead of a technical error. • The app colour lives under More → Appearance, for everyone. Also in this release • Staff Tenant Ledger summary cards now add up correctly. • Bed prices follow the room plan's selected cycle. • Self-registration and guest profile can capture medical history. • Signing out on a shared phone fully clears the previous person's data. • Tax shown matches your property's country (VAT/TRN or GST/GSTIN). • Clearer limits on attachment size and file type. • Booking date can't be set in the future; date of birth opens further back. • Better layouts on tablets and iPad. • More dark-mode fixes. • Fixed an app sign-in issue some users hit.
