About Mental Power
You already tried meditation apps. You already tried habit trackers. You already read the book. And you quit them all. Not because they didn't work, but because every one of them asked for the same two things: time you don't have, and discipline that runs out. Mental Power asks for neither. It works while you sleep. THE REPROGRAMMING ALARM You set the time you want to wake up. That's everything you do. AFTER YOU GO TO BED. Fifteen minutes after you fall asleep, your phone activates on its own and starts reprogramming your mind toward the goal you chose. No alarm goes off: the session begins. BEFORE YOU GET UP. Fifteen minutes before the time you set, it activates again and works a second time. And when it's done, then it wakes you up, like any alarm clock (you don't need another one: Mental Power replaces the alarm you use today). You don't have to pay attention. You don't have to remember. You don't have to carve twenty minutes out of your day. Just sleep. WHY THOSE TWO MOMENTS Because they're the ones of highest mental receptivity: the passage between waking and sleep, in both directions. That's when your mind absorbs ideas, beliefs and goals more deeply than it ever does awake. It's the same reason a song that played while you slept stays in your head, without you ever meaning to listen. WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES Your habits. All of them: your habits of believing, your habits of thinking and your habits of acting. You can force yourself to act differently for a month. But if you still believe you can't, you go back to where you started. Every time. That's why the change starts at the bottom and moves up: SUBCONSCIOUS, to believe better. CONSCIOUS, to think better. ACTION, to act better. Meditation apps work only on the second. Habit apps, only on the third. Books hand you the concept and two weeks later it's gone. None of them touch the first, which is where the root is. THE REINFORCEMENT ROUTINES Short exercises during the day that hold what you did while you slept. They're organized across the same three levels: To believe better: affirmations, visualization, law of attraction, gratitude, magnetic mind. To think better: worry agenda, blocking negative thoughts, reprogramming journal, spotting and disarming your self-saboteur. To act better: logging your wins and your good moments, tracking your routines, streaks. And many more, with new ones added over time. THE RESCUE MODULE For when you need calm now, not next month. Mantras, physiological breathing, quieting your mind, calming anxiety, lifting your mood, sharpening your focus. Minutes, not routines. YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO WORK ON Self-esteem. Abundance. Self-control. Law of attraction. Optimism. Your own goals. Everything else adapts to that. Mental Power adapts to your life, not your life to Mental Power.
