Apple Health backed net calorie + macro counter - track your calories in and out. Track your macros, protein / kg, splits, and set targets. No accounts, no login, ever. Track what you eat, what you burn, and your net for the day on iPhone and Apple Watch. Any app that writes to Apple Health works as a data source, so you're never locked in. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
