CardOil is the official app for the SenPay prepaid fuel card. Top up your card, track your balance in real time, and pay for your fuel at the pump by scanning a simple QR code—no cash or bank card required.

Designed for drivers, taxis, and company fleets in Senegal, CardOil replaces paper-based fuel voucher management with a clear, fast, and secure tool.

SIMPLE AND SECURE PAYMENT

Payment is made in three steps: you open CardOil, the app generates a unique QR code linked to your card, the attendant scans it on their terminal. The amount is deducted from your prepaid balance and the transaction appears immediately in your history. No bank card number is stored in the app, and your access is protected by a personal code.
