How to use this app
-Start your meal by starting the app’s timer with a click. When you're finished eating, click to stop the timer and answer questions regarding your current eating experience.
-You will have access to summary reports of all your entries, where you will be able to track your current behavior and compare to past periods. This report summarizes your eating behaviors and can pinpoint the behaviors that you should strive to change.
-As a download bonus, for the first 2 weeks, professional nutritionists will help you monitor your progress and point out areas that need more work with personal feedback. After this trial period you can use the app for free to collect your personal data or purchase a subscription to continue receiving your personal feedback from professional nutritionists.
About the designers
We at Shivuy Mishkal have been helping people overcome eating issues for over 20 years. Our extended experience has led us, Nadia and Lilly, registered dietitians to develop an app that focuses and pinpoints the main issues that lead to success in changing eating habits. We looked back at all our patients’ files and retrieved what most influenced their behavior change that had led to success.
Of course each client had his particular need, but the cumulative experience has been incorporated into the Dietble app to help anybody and everybody achieve their nutritional goals.
We believe that if you enjoy your meal, eat what you like and knowing when to stop, are the big 3 secrets to solve most dietary issues. Eating what you choose leads to diverse food intake, and knowing to stop adjusts the quantity of food you eat.
