I have a vision... And it is helped on its way by my cool female team consisting of Isabella, Iris, Sally and Camilla, who all contribute with their unique skills in coaching, recipe development and training optimization.

We are passionate about women's health and our lovely girls have the absolute best prerequisites to achieve their individual, healthy balance. We want to spread the message that you can easily be healthy without having to do without all the fun or compromise with life.

We work hard to shake up Danish women so that they can release the food stress and the distorting, unhealthy and unsustainable body image. We want to make women healthy - within their own limits.
