• Use GDPR-compliant communication within the orchestra to organize rehearsals, schedules, concerts, rehearsal weekends, and shared leisure activities.
• Protected orchestra room with chat function

For young orchestral musicians:
• Chat with other members of your orchestra.
• Everything you need in a youth orchestra in one app: sheet music, rehearsal schedule, concert calendar, etc.
• "Insight": Important basics on general music theory, practical rehearsal tips, fun facts from music history, and ideas for joint orchestral activities in witty and short posts.
• Information about JMD courses, coaching, camps, and seminars for young musicians
• If you are a JMD ambassador for your youth orchestra: exclusive access to the chat group of all JMD ambassadors from across Germany, as well as to other groups for upcoming events (e.g., camps).

As a JMD member orchestra, you will receive your orchestra ID via [email protected]

Jeunesses Musicales Germany (JMD) is the association of young orchestras in Germany: 300 music school orchestras, school orchestras, and independent orchestras; all state youth orchestras and the Federal Youth Orchestra are members. The JMD operates the Weikersheim Castle Music Academy. Orchestras rehearse there throughout the year, and JMD courses for young musicians are held there.
