The aim of the project is to explore, integrate and develop into a common tourist product the built, cultural and natural values ​​of Nyírség, and to integrate the active tourism potential of the region in order to develop the complex attractiveness of the destination. The aim is to make the region more attractive for tourists, to expand the tourist offer and to promote the networking of attractions in order to extend the length of stay. Nyírség has the right features for the development of a complex network of attractions, which can be the basis of a competitive tourism supply development. By increasing the length of stay and by orienting the tourists coming to the area, the destination can generate more income, and the concentration of income also decreases. Within the destination, several new settlements can join the circulation of tourism.
