The app uses the camera and flashlight of the phone to capture estimated beats per minute based on color changes in your fingertip (which indicate the pumping of blood through the capillaries). The accuracy is ensured by comprehensive experiments. Note that the app may malfunction based on the positioning of your camera and flashlight.
★ How to use a Heart Rate monitor?
Cover the rear camera lens and flashlight with your index finger and keep still. Your heart rate will be displayed after several seconds. For accurate measurement keep your finger steady
