*View tickets in which you are the requester
*Create new ticket
*Add followups
*Add tasks
*Add solutions
*Validate solutions: Both accept and refuse
*Fill satisfaction surveys

You can also:
*Upload files
*Upload camera photos
Both on their own, or when creating a ticket, followup or solution.

Known limitations:
*Due to a GLPI API restriction, a self-service user cannot view documents. You can overcome this limitation by installing Gapp Essentials: https://tic.gal/gappessentials/
