Scalpa : compte rendu chantier

Scalpa transforms your site meetings into professional reports. The meeting ends, you dictate, the AI transcribes—and the PDF is sent to the participants.

Designed with architects. Developed for project management.

DICT, AI WRITES
After the meeting, dictate your notes aloud—in the car, in the parking lot, or back at the office. Scalpa transcribes them, structures them by section and participant, and then drafts a complete meeting report: attendance sheet, numbered observations, priorities, deadlines, and resolved issues.

YOUR DIRECTORY IN ONE GO
Import a previous report: the AI extracts the companies and their representatives, you approve, and your directory is created. Nothing is created without your consent.

FOLLOW-UP IS AUTOMATIC
Unresolved issues from one report are automatically carried over to the next. You'll never miss a single observation between meetings.

PHOTOS AND ANNOTATED PLANS
Import your plans, images, or PDFs. Place numbered markers at the exact location of the problem and attach your photos to them. From an observation, add a photo directly to the plan: it will be included with the observation in the report.

THE REPORT, IN PDF FORMAT
The preview shows you the final document. You can export it as a PDF and share it by email with the participants, directly from the application.
