Library of thousands of texts: You get a library of thousands of texts from the Slow Life website on your phone for free, with which you can find new perspectives on your life and tools for mental well-being. In addition, you will receive a free notification on your phone about newly published wellness texts. The texts bring reminders, comfort, hope, insights and practical tools for improving well-being skills.

More than 100 Finnish-language meditations: In the "Time for yourself" audio section of the application, you will find Finnish-language, high-quality produced meditations that will support you and keep you safe in the middle of everyday life. You can take small moments for yourself throughout the day: do short three-minute exercises or take longer moments of relaxation. Guided exercises teach mindfulness skills, handling difficult emotions, lightening an overburdened mind, increase alertness and confidence in the future, improve concentration and strengthen important self-compassion skills. You can find more than 100 meditations in Finnish for different situations and needs in the service.
