Repetitio helps you turn any repeatable set of tasks into a course you can actually run through, step by step — and see whether you kept up with it.

Three ways people use it:
• Recovering from an injury and given a list of exercises to repeat daily
• Keeping track of weekly chores so nothing gets missed
• Following a maintenance schedule for a machine or vehicle

HOW IT WORKS
Create a course with a name, a type, and how often it repeats — daily, weekly, working days, monthly, yearly, or on your own schedule. Add steps: reps, a timer, or both, each with an optional hint, photo, video, or linked document to remind you exactly what to do. Building a course from your phone's own photos or videos? Select several at once and each one becomes its own step, ready to fill in.

RUN A SESSION
Step through your course with a clean rep counter or countdown timer. Adjust the target on the fly, attach a photo or video to document your progress, and tap a looping demo video to watch it fullscreen.

FEEDBACK, YOUR WAY
Choose whether Repetitio asks how a step felt after every step, once at the end of the whole session, or not at all — Rough, Fine, or Strong.

STAY ON TRACK
A weekly report shows your adherence, average feeling, and a day-by-day breakdown for every course — useful to glance at yourself or share with a therapist or coach.

REMINDERS
Turn on a reminder for any course and get a local notification when a session is due. No account, no server — reminders are scheduled entirely on your device.

SHARE OR IMPORT A COURSE
Compile a course — its steps, targets, hints and attached media — into a single file you can send to someone else. They can load it from their own device and get an editable copy.
