YOUR MOVEMENT (Connected Health)
If you authorize it, the app reads your daily steps from Connected Health to show you your movement goal (8,800 steps per day and 61,600 per week) without you having to manually enter them, and your last workout with your heart rate to tell you how many minutes you walked within your target effort zone. This data is read-only, solely for your tracking, and you can revoke this permission at any time from Connected Health.
