iRead education

iRead helps young readers build the one thing that changes everything:
a reading habit that holds.

A REASON TO READ TODAY
Reading improves when it happens daily, not in bursts before a test. iRead
gives learners something small and worthwhile to return to each day, until
reading stops feeling like homework and starts feeling like theirs.

VOCABULARY THAT STAYS
Words met once are forgotten. iRead brings the language of each story back
through short daily play, so vocabulary moves from recognised to used —
in writing, in conversation, and in the next book.

UNDERSTANDING, NOT JUST PAGES TURNED
Finishing a book isn't the same as understanding it. Short checks after each
session show learners what they've grasped and what to look at again, so
comprehension improves while the story is still fresh.

CONFIDENCE THAT COMPOUNDS
Learners see their own progress build week by week. Friendly challenges with
classmates — and readers in other schools — turn effort into something worth
showing, and reluctant readers into ones who ask for the next book.

WHAT PARENTS AND TEACHERS SEE
Not just how much was read, but how well it was understood, where vocabulary
is growing, and where a learner needs a hand.

GETTING ACCESS
iRead is provided through schools. Students and parents sign in with the
details their school provides. If your school doesn't use iRead yet, visit
