Dat‘ Creole Soul was born from the passion of “The Boss” Hampton Isom. After roaming the globe, first as a professional basketball player (can’t teach tall y’all!) and later as a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines, The Boss had a dream to bring his love of Cajun Cuisine to the Pacific Northwest. And despite all the naysayers, through two skills he learned growing up in Louisiana, sweatin‘ and workin hard, The Boss has built some of the finest food trucks the Seattle area has ever seen.
