Chameleon - Icon Changer

Chameleon — Custom Icon Shortcut Maker

Style your home screen your way! Chameleon creates SHORTCUTS on your home screen with the icon and name you choose — from hundreds of library icons, your own gallery photo, or the original app icon.

⚠️ HONEST FROM THE START: Chameleon does NOT change system icons or App Drawer icons. It creates home-screen shortcuts that open the original app. Original icons remain in your app list. Results depend on your launcher and phone brand.

KEY FEATURES:
• Hundreds of icons in multiple styles: Flat, Glass, Social, and more
• Your own photo via Photo Picker — safe, no full storage permission
• Free-form shortcut naming
• Icon shapes: circle, rounded, square
• Website, Contact & System shortcuts (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Torch, Airplane mode, etc.)
• Shortcut history + one-tap "Recreate All"
• Brand-specific guides (Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, Huawei) if shortcuts don't appear
• Widget method as an alternative (reduces watermarks on some launchers)
• Dark mode & English/Indonesian languages

CHAMELEON PRO (optional):
• Ad-free experience
• All library styles unlocked
• Third-party icon pack support
• Advanced widget method: icon size, text size & spacing controls
• 7-day free trial on monthly plan; one-time Lifetime purchase

PRIVACY:
We collect no personal data. The app only reads your installed app list to show shortcut targets, and accesses photos only when you pick an image. Ads are served by AdMob; purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing.

GOOD TO KNOW:
• Some brands need extra permissions — in-app guides & deep links included
• Shortcuts may disappear after a launcher reset — recreate easily from History
• Small badges/watermarks on some launchers are system behavior; the widget method helps reduce them
