Soluty Club Management is the administration app for club boards. It consolidates all ongoing board work in one place—on your phone and tablet.

• Receipt scanner—Capture receipts, invoices, and club documents directly with your camera.

The app detects page edges, straightens the page, and makes it readable; multiple pages are combined into one document and saved to the club's archive.

• Voting—You see immediately when a vote is opened, read the document, and cast your vote directly. The result appears instantly; a cast vote is final.

• Meetings—Upcoming and past meetings with location, time, agenda, and minutes.

Tap the map app to access in-person meetings; online meetings open directly.

• Membership proposals—Propose companies for membership, view proposals from others, and vote for, against, or abstain.

• Member Companies and Directory — the club members' register, searchable, with

direct call and email access.

• Documents — minutes, forms, and club documents, organized in folders.

• Inbox — notifications about votes, meetings, and proposals in one place.

• My ID — your personal board member ID with QR code, as an image or PDF in
credit card format for saving and printing.

Your meeting history is saved, so you don't have to log in again each time you open the app.

Optionally, you can further protect the app with fingerprint or facial recognition.

Login is done using the login credentials from the club website. The app is exclusively for
board members; access will be created by the club.
