Omoplata Trainer

Omoplata Trainer is the mobile version of Omoplata. Coaches and club admins use it to manage classes, members and leads – mat-side, at the front desk or on the go.

NOTE: This app is for the staff of a club that uses Omoplata. You sign in with the account your club gave you – there is no sign-up in the app. Members use their club's own app.

CLASSES & CHECK-IN
• The class running now, or the next one up, is on the home screen
• Schedule for today and the whole week
• A register for every class: check someone in with one tap, and take it back the same way
• Anyone not on the list is added through search
• Trial classes booked into a session show on its list

MEMBERS
• Member list with search and filters
• Profile with contact details, membership and attendance
• Family and guardians at a glance
• Update a member's details from the profile

LEADS
• Every lead by stage, from first contact to joining
• Add a new lead in a few seconds
• Book a trial class straight from the schedule

AT THE FRONT DESK
• Sign up new members on the tablet: details, plan, contract and signature in one go
• Hand the device over to the front desk: a restricted view, and the way back needs a passcode or biometric unlock

FOR PHONE AND TABLET
• A layout of its own for tablets, upright and in landscape
• Works without a connection: check-ins, leads and sign-ups are kept and sent once you are back online
• For clubs with more than one venue, narrow the view to a single venue
• English, German, Portuguese and Turkish
