ICC Vault efficiently manages and documents cash handling for retailers and financial institutions.

Retailers and banks benefit from a wide range of features:

• Cash Ordering
Order your required change (banknotes and coins) digitally in your desired denominations from your cash-in-transit provider. The order overview displays all entered orders and their details.

• Recording and Handing Over Cash Containers
With ICC Mobile, you can record cash containers to be handed over and then deliver them to the cash-in-transit provider. Recording and handover are documented and can be tracked in the container overview.

• Overviews
Container Overview: The detailed container view provides information on counting results and discrepancies. It also displays recorded, handed over, and deleted cash containers along with their corresponding statuses (in transit, counted, etc.).

Receipt Overview: The receipt overview displays the handover receipts for each delivery day.

Order Overview: The order overview lists all submitted cash orders. These can be edited or deleted if they have not yet been released.

• Digital Driver Identification
Your cash courier authenticates themselves using the driver identification function when picking up containers. Simply scan the QR code displayed by the courier or manually enter their ID number. Upon successful authentication, you will see the ID in the app, and the container drop-off can be carried out securely and easily.

• Digital Receipt
The handover receipts for cash receipts and drops are digitally signed and saved in the cash service provider's app and then sent to the ICC app via ICC.

• Status Tracking
Track the status of your containers from registration to the counting station and deposit into your account. The counting result is automatically compared with your target values.


• Digital Receipt • Safe Management
As part of cash reconciliation and closing procedures, change deliveries, cash replenishments, and safe withdrawals are documented and properly recorded to ensure traceable cash management. Regular inventory counts keep the safe's contents readily available.
