Daily Mood Log

Daily Mood Log stores one mood for each day on this phone.

Pick a face from Low to Great. Add a short note if you want. Mark sleep, work, or exercise. The calendar shows those faces for the month. Insights shows the average, the streak, and a bar for each logged day. Bar height is the score. A day with no log stays blank.

This is not a medical device. It logs a mood you pick and can remind you once a day. It does not diagnose, treat, or interpret how you feel.

A reminder can ask “How was today?” at a time you choose. It does not save a mood for you. An optional PIN locks the app. The PIN does not encrypt the log, and a forgotten PIN cannot be recovered.

Export a CSV of the days on this phone. The file leaves the phone only if you share it. You can delete one day, or delete every mood.

There is no account and no cloud backup. The log stays on the device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall.

The app may show ads: a full-screen ad when you return after being away, a full-screen ad between Calendar and Insights or after the first save of today, and a rewarded ad when you export a CSV. If you close the export ad early, the file is not shared.
