Bluetooth SPP Serial Terminal

Turn your Android device into a Classic Bluetooth SPP/RFCOMM terminal for embedded development, IoT testing, device commissioning, and serial protocol debugging. Connect to a Raspberry Pi, development board, Bluetooth serial module, or other compatible device. You can also run an SPP server on your phone and accept incoming connections.

CLIENT AND SERVER
- Connect to remote SPP devices as a client
- Start an RFCOMM/SPP server and accept incoming connections
- Configure separate UUIDs for client and server

SEND, RECEIVE, AND FRAME DATA
- Use chat mode and a customizable shortcut keyboard
- Send and receive text or HEX data
- Use UTF-8, GBK, ASCII, or HEX encoding
- Choose RAW, CRLF, LF, CR, fixed-length, custom-delimiter, or timeout-based framing
- Send data once or continuously

CHECKSUMS AND AUTOMATION
- Add SUM8, XOR, CRC-8, CRC-16/MODBUS, or CRC-16/CCITT checks
- Build reusable command macros from TEXT, HEX, and DELAY steps
- Save macros per device, run them in a loop, and import or export macro sets

DIAGNOSTICS AND HISTORY
- View connection status, connection time, sent and received bytes, message counts, frame counts, errors, and throughput
- Copy a connection diagnostics report and export debug logs
- Keep local message history organized by device
- Save device aliases, favorites, and per-device settings

Compatibility and limitations
- Designed for Classic Bluetooth RFCOMM/SPP only. BLE GATT is not supported.
- Bluetooth communication is available only while the app is in the foreground. The connection closes when the app enters the background or the screen is locked. When you return to the app, listening or reconnection resumes according to your settings.
- Requires Android 6.0 or later. Depending on the Android version, Nearby devices or location permission may be required for Bluetooth discovery and connection.
