EmployHub also includes department and shift management, allowing organizations to define custom work schedules, default shifts, grace minutes, and break durations. Shifts can be assigned at the employee or department level, with automatic fallback logic to ensure attendance is always calculated using the correct rules. For accuracy and compliance, EmployHub provides a manual attendance correction and approval workflow. Admins can edit check-in and check-out times, adjust attendance status (Present, Absent, Half-day, On Leave), and approve changes with full recalculation of working hours. All edits are clearly marked with approval status and source, ensuring accountability and audit readiness.

The platform also offers attendance analytics and reporting, including total worked hours, late minutes, overtime tracking, and daily summaries. Attendance data can be exported in CSV and PDF formats for payroll processing, audits, or management review, either for the entire company or for individual employees.
