Zanbbel Merchant

Zanbbel Merchant is the shop-management app from Zanbbel: run your products, orders, shipping and customer conversations from your phone. It is a separate app from the shopping one, so there is no marketplace and no cart here.

Your shop may already be listed

• Thirty-three thousand local shops are listed in Zanbbel from place directories. Search for yours by name or number, claim it, and confirm ownership with a code sent to the shop's registered number. No account needed to search.
• Not there? Register your shop from inside the app in a few steps.

Your products

• Add products with names, prices, photos and selling units.
• Variants for size and colour, plus required and optional choices per product.
• Tiered wholesale pricing: a price per quantity, and a minimum order that differs for your own city, another city, and abroad.
• A "what your shop is missing" card tells you in numbers what blocks selling today — products with no price or no weight — and takes you to a list filtered to exactly those. A product with no weight cannot ship, and you learn that before your customer does.

Your orders

• Every order with its detail and status, accepted or declined with a reason.
• A manual order you type yourself for a customer who phoned you.
• Hand-over to the carrier from inside the app: enter parcel count and dimensions, get the rate and transit time, and the shipment is created.

Your customers

• Direct chat with the customer in-app — text, photos and voice notes — without exposing either phone number.
• Your staff see the same conversations: add members with roles, and messages reach the shop's inbox, not only the owner's phone.
• Instant notification for every order and message.

Your marketing

• Coupon campaigns you fund yourself, with a budget you set and per-campaign statistics: uses, sales it brought, and what it cost you.
• Promotions on chosen products, with a start and end that run themselves.
• A share link for your shop and for every product.

Your shop as customers see it

• Opening hours per day, a one-tap temporary pause when you are swamped, and instant open and close.
• Your pickup location on the map, and the mall or souk you sit in.
• Your logo, cover image and shop categories.

Your account

• Thirty-day reports: orders, sales, commission and best-selling products.
• Your wallet and payouts.
