Harness that feeling of working your body and stilling your mind in the same present moment as your teacher and fellow students. Join some of Maura’s daily live yoga classes with different themes each month. These are also available on playback for 48 hours, so there’s something new every day.

ON-DEMAND CLASSES AND COURSES

Move at your own pace and on your own schedule through themed & targeted courses. From beginner to expert levels, simple hip-mobility series to fun partnered acro-yoga tutorials. Maura and her guest yogis will be adding new courses over time.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS

Dedicate some time to your inner world. Let Maura’s voice gently guide you journeys with different goals – to motivate, bring clarity or just to let your mind wander through a new world for a while. A whole section is dedicated to sleep stories to help you drift off. Meditations range from 5-20 minutes.
