Yoga Breathing is designed to assist you with your meditation, pränayäm, and all types of kriyäs. It is versatile and easy-to-use. In first step, you create a session such as ‘My Morning Meditation,’ ‘My Afternoon Pränayäm,’ or ‘My kriyäs’. Then add breathing routines such as Kapal Bhati, Bhastrika or recitle of Aum to the session. Simply play the session and enjoy your journey toward a yogi’s breath.
A fully guided meditation, kriyä or pränayäm session takes away encumbrances such as keeping counts of your breaths, managing timing of ‘breath in’, ‘hold’, ‘breath out’, ‘hold’ cycles, delay (rest period) between routines, and announcing the end of a routine (with a soft bell). Although nothing can replace the divine voice of a guru or a yogi, guiding us every step of the way for achieving our true yogi’s breath, but with Yoga Breathing app, we have made a sincere effort in providing our yogi friends out there a proper tool for smooth and joyous session of kriyä, pränayäm, and meditation.
