LiveSSH: SSH & SFTP client

Connect to your servers and handle your AI coding agent's approval requests as they happen.

LiveSSH is a native SSH and SFTP client for Android phones, tablets and Wear OS watches, made for people who run AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex on their servers. The agent keeps working inside tmux on the server, and LiveSSH tells you when it needs you.

AI CODING AGENTS
• Approval push: an alert as soon as an agent waits; approve or deny from the notification after unlocking your phone, or open the full request
• Agent support. Claude Code: answer from the notification. Codex and Gemini CLI: push alerts; answer from the notification on versions verified on real approval screens, otherwise in the app (Experimental). Aider: y or n in the app (never "Run shell command?"). Qwen Code and GitHub Copilot CLI (Experimental): status and alerts only. Push uses a hook you review and install on your server (python3 required). The key bar and Agents tab work with any agent that runs in a terminal.
• Agents tab: which agents are working, waiting for approval or idle on each server
• Home screen widgets: your hosts and the number of waiting approval requests

WEAR OS
• Approval requests on your wrist: approve or deny (Claude Code; Codex and Gemini CLI on verified versions); dangerous requests are answered on the phone
• Agent status, host status, a tile with waiting requests, and quick commands you allow on your phone
• The watch works through your phone and never connects to your servers itself

CONNECTION
• Add a server step by step or as user@host:port, or import ~/.ssh/config; folders, tags, colours and search
• Jump hosts (ProxyJump), certificates, passwords and keys (generate Ed25519 keys in the app); agent forwarding off by default
• Host key verification: confirm the fingerprint once; a changed key is never accepted automatically
• Step-by-step progress, plain error messages with a next step, automatic reconnect and session restore
• Sessions stay connected in the background (shown as an ongoing notification); Wake-on-LAN

TERMINAL
• tmux resume and session list, tabs, search in earlier output, text selection and copy
• Key bar with your own keys, macros and per-agent profiles; snippets and a command palette; pinch to resize
• Confirmation before dangerous commands and multi-line pastes; production hosts ask before you connect
• Themes with high-contrast and colour-blind palettes, terminal fonts and sizes, 9 accent colours

FILES
• SFTP file manager: browse, new folder, rename, delete, upload and download
• Transfer queue with progress, cancel and a choice when a file already exists
• Preview and edit text files on the server

SAFETY
• Hosts, snippets and SSH keys are encrypted on your device before they sync (end-to-end)
• Production hosts: the app opens for you to confirm instead of offering notification buttons
• Optional privacy screen: blocks screenshots and hides LiveSSH in recent apps
• Sign in with Google or Apple only; delete your account in the app
• No ads, no tracking; crash reports only if you turn them on

PRICING
Local features such as SSH, SFTP, the terminal and the Agents tab are free forever and need no account.

LiveSSH Cloud (encrypted sync across devices, cloud backup and approval push) is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly (US$2.99) or yearly (US$29.99) in the United States; Google Play shows the price in your currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. One subscription covers all your devices signed in with the same XIUSoft account.
