Product Features:

• Financing Amount from RM1,000 up to RM200,000
• Profit Rate as low as 6.99% up to 11.99% per annum (depending individual credit ratings)
• Financing Tenure from min1 year to max 12 years.

Eligibility Criteria

• Malaysian Civil Servant in a Permanent Position (working for a minimum of 12 months)
• Minimum age of 18 to maximum 60 years old at end of financing tenure
• Minimum gross income of RM1,500 (inclusive of fixed allowance)

Fees and charges incurred: Financing illustration
• Financing Amount: RM24,000, Profit Rate: 6.99%, Tenure: 5 years
• Total Profit Charged: RM8,388 (RM24,000 x 6.99% x 5)
• Total Payable: RM32,388 (RM8,388 + RM24,000)
• Total monthly instalment: RM539.80 (RM32,388 / 60 months).
Monthly instalment deduction fees, early settlement and processing fees, lhdn stamp duty are applicable

Reduced Supporting Documents

As long as you meet the eligibility criteria, the only required documents you need on hand for financing application are your MyKad and latest 3 months official payslip in PDF format.

Electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) is provided by CTOS, it is a straight forward 2-Step MyKad verification process and your data is kept secure.

Fully Shariah Compliant

The Tawarruq process is implemented via dual-agency (Dual Wakalah) method as recognised by Bank Negara Malaysia. This allows the commodity exchange transaction to happen uninterrupted, thereby removing the usual delays in receiving your financing payout.
