User reviews
I mainly use Lift Log to track my sets, reps, and weights without slowing down. The interface is quick to tap through and I like that rest timer is built in between sets. After a session, I can see exactly what I did, including notes like form cues. It makes it easier to stay consistent from day to day.
I like that the app makes it easy to review training volume and see trends over time. After a few weeks, I can spot when my best sets are going up and when I’m not doing enough work for a muscle group. The workout history is organized enough that I don’t have to manually compare weeks. It helps me plan better, espec...
I work out at home with dumbbells and bands, so the ability to create custom exercises matters. Lift Log lets me set up movements that actually match my routine, and I can log sets and reps the same way I would in the gym. The notes section is helpful for things like tempo and how an exercise felt that day. Overall ...
Lift Log’s exercise history is exactly what I was missing. I can see what weight I used last time and how many reps I managed, which makes dialing in the next session much easier. It also makes it clearer which lifts are improving and which ones are stalling. I train mostly strength and hypertrophy, and the tracking...

It keeps my pacing consistent and stops me from resting too long between heavy lifts. I also like that the workout stays organized, so when I look back I can tell how my sets compared week to ...
I needed something faster than my notes app, and Lift Log fits that. I can add exercises, weights, reps, and rest time without getting lost in menus. The session flow is smooth, so I actually log consistently. Seeing my last workout’s numbers helps me choose the next weight without second guessing. Progress feels ea...
