Escanario

Escanario turns your phone into a scanner for receipts, contracts, forms, letters or notes, and keeps your documents protected on the phone itself.

GET A GOOD SCAN THE FIRST TIME
• Scan several pages in a row; the app finds the edges and straightens each sheet.
• Before you save, it warns you if a page came out too dark, too bright, low in contrast or blurry.
• Review, delete or reorder pages before saving.

FIND WHAT YOU NEED
• The app reads the text on every page, so you can find a document by typing a word that appears in it.
• The original photo of each page is always kept, and if a page couldn't be read, the app tells you.

SHARE IT YOUR WAY
• Create a PDF with searchable text and share it by email or any app you like.
• Or share the original page photos, with no loss of quality.
• Back up a document with a password and restore it on another phone.

YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE YOURS ALONE
• No account needed and no ads.
• Your documents are stored encrypted on your phone, not in a cloud of ours.
• Optional lock with your phone's fingerprint, face or passcode.
• Screen protection: blocks screenshots and hides the content in recent apps.
• Light and dark themes, and a layout built for large text, phones and tablets.

To read text, the app uses a Google tool that runs on the phone and may send Google technical usage and device data; the content of your documents is never uploaded to any server of ours.

Automatic reading can make mistakes: always check important details against the original image.
